We are a group of women who believe in Diversity, Inclusion, Equality, and Intersectionality (DIEI) for all, regardless of sex, gender, race, religion, or disability.
TWITT as an acronym stands for: Todays’ Women In Tomorrow’s Technology, and is focused on the following key areas:
- Supporting existing women in Tech
- Encouraging women and girls into Tech
- Looking at how we bring our male counterparts along on this journey with us – be our allies and sponsors
- Challenging the concept of Tech as being all about coding
- Providing a safe space for all people to talk about their experiences and bring their knowledge and support to the table.
The team is made up of the following individuals:
Joanne Maidment: Founder and passionate DIEI ally and constructive disruptor
Sapphire Hill: Co-founder of our sister company, 2 Women In Tech podcast
Araceli Higueras: Our key guest blog writer and career coach
Christopher Parsons: Our guest blog writer and career coach
