Me: Do you love your job?

Him: I love my job. Very much. Helping people, being of service to them, assisting them. I love what I do. But do you want to know the common problem? I have a bad boss. That is why I have to change my job. Thank you for asking me this.

I sensed this question coming when I asked him if I could use the hotel reception telephone to make an outside call. He told me subsequently that was why he was funny about my request.

Regardless. More importantly, he has sensed that he cannot continue in a job he loves because of his boss.

Are you struggling with your happiness in the workplace or happiness in your job ? Is there bullying in your team or workplace generally? Are you perhaps a workplace bully because you're unhappy with your job, colleagues, promotion, salary or workplace environment? I started my business without knowing it a decade ago and have been working towards the truth that my genius lies in what I do best to help people and businesses - giving back something after working for many years in corporate, in search of fulfilment and happiness like the rest of us. I do what I do because I believe (workplace) bullying is rooted in unhappiness, people not in their element and that happiness and harmony are key to businesses thriving and people fulfilled. Happiness breeds prosperity. If you would like to talk about happiness at work or your happiness in your job and related to that If you are experiencing workplace bullying or you are using bullying to hide your unhappiness, let's talk I look forward to speaking with you.
