So is bullying really worth it?
Below are just some of the ‘suitcases’ as I think of them — the means and tactics that were part of my experience of getting over bullying, moving on from the experience and processing it. It is not an exhaustive list and doesn’t include depression, meltdowns etc!
We all carry baggage from our experiences in life — grief, childhood, work, relationships, family.
So is bullying really worth it ? Is it worth lumbering someone with all this additional baggage, however enriching and enlightening some of the below baggage has been — the retreats, the reading, the therapy and the talking about it. And let’s face it, a lot of other baggage is not so nice to carry.
And if someone has this additional baggage to deal with, imagine what additional baggage businesses and companies have when dealing with workplace bullies.
If you are a company or business experiencing workplace bullying, let’s discuss how I can make a difference to your business, company or organisation.
